In the year 2021, based on the results of a limited editorial board meeting, we set priorities for articles on the theme Education and Digital Society, and Learning and New Habit Adaptation. These two themes are considered current and essential issues in the world of education today—most of the articles we publish in this issue due to the current issue of education obstacles. Also, in the second volume of this March first issue, we have selected dozens of incoming manuscripts from various countries. We would thank the 17 authors from 8 countries whose manuscripts were selected to be published in 10 articles on this issue.
